For contractors and construction companies
Sealant work that will not hold up your handover
Sealant work is the last thing to happen and the first thing you notice when it is not right. We come in as a subcontractor, cover the metres and hand over with videos you can drop straight into your file.

The sticking point
Sealant work is a classic handover snag
A joint that does not run through, a corner that has not been neatly finished, sealant sitting on a dirty substrate: small things that grow large on a snag list. And since the Dutch Building Quality Assurance Act (Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen) you have to show at handover what has been carried out, not just that it is finished.
So we document as standard. You get videos of the joints we have done and the details of the sealant used, including product data sheets if you need them. No extra cost, no hassle afterwards.
At handover you get
- A video report per building section or facade
- An overview of the sealant types used per application
- Technical product data sheets on request
- A 2-year guarantee statement
- A snag list if anything is still open
What we do
Where we work on a project
Expansion and movement joints
Concrete, masonry, precast elements and sandwich panels. Joints that have to accommodate movement and keep doing so for years.
Facade and window frame connections
Aluminium, plastic and timber. Connection joints between window frame and facade, facade elements and timber frame panels (HSB).
Glazing
Glazing sealant for single, HR++ and triple glazing. Glazing beads and putty that is being replaced with sealant.
Sanitary fittings at handover
Sealing bathrooms, toilets and kitchens before the keys change hands. Mould-resistant and neatly finished.
Floor connections
Perimeter sealing, expansion joints, stair finishing, skirting boards and transitions between floor bays.
Natural stone and ceramics
With sealant that does not stain the edges. On marble or granite, the wrong sealant cannot be put right.
Being honest
Fire-resistant work goes in as a system
We do apply fire-resistant joints. A joint or penetration seal like that only works as a tested system: a particular sealant, in a particular build-up, in a particular wall, applied in line with the matching specification. Which system goes in therefore depends on the wall and the fire resistance you need. If the system is named in your specification, pass the number on with your request, and you will know where you stand up front.
Arrangements
How we contract
Contract for work
We manage ourselves and deliver a result. Not an agency worker under your supervision, so no discussion about hired labour.
VAT reverse-charged
For physical work on site we invoice without VAT, stating "VAT reverse-charged". Exactly as the scheme requires.
Unit prices per joint type
With tiers based on volume. Extra work only goes ahead once you have agreed to it, never quietly on the final invoice.
One foreman as your point of contact
Who coordinates with your site manager and handles the handover. Not a different face on site every week.
